My PD is current
Hello Community,
my PD for I485 became current today. Do I have to call the USCIS or just sit tight and wait until they approve my green card?
How long should I wait before calling them?
How long can it take them to approve the GC after the PD is current?

people have been waiting here from 1 month to 12 months or more even after the date becomes current.. so I would suggest hang tight.. do periodic checking with USCIS about the whereabouts of your case.. and wait for the results.. if your processing time is out of normal processing time you can submit e request.. or you can contact senator/congress person for inquiry based on the timeline.. best of luck

it does mean you are current you will be processed right away. Others are waiting for a year being current but was never processed FYI

Your PD will be current in July not today. Besides, you can only call when you've waited beyond processing time. I'm in your shoes so I know how it feels.
