are you from India? my PD is 02/03/2022..how come you already got RFE? your PD was never current right

Can understand the pain. I am PD Oct 2021 still CRP and waiting. No medical RFE either.

@huber Manu medical RFE can be sent without date being current. happened to my friend. his second medicals were submitted might even expire as only medicals after Nov 2023 are valid forever

Huber manu as PN mentioned it was the regular medical RFE as previously submitted medical expired this recent bulletin India action date for eb1a is 2/14 so u r also becoming current now ☺️

@that extra ordinary ability kiddo hey I was aware of that I was current in April..wasn't aware you could get medical RFE like that..I am also waiting for my AP and have given an expedited request..I hope that turns into a green card Expediate request 🤣

@P N yeah I think so too ..things should ramp up in April as eb1 India has been very slow till now.

@all today got my AP approved 😀.. through Expediate request..I hope green card also works out in April

@huber Manu Congratulations 🎉 can you tell how did you expedite and what evidence used. mine is also 14 months but it still says to wait until May first week

@P N I contacted Emma and spoke to tier 2 for medical emergency. I had evidence ready but they never asked for it. yeah this is my first AP request(not renewal)..not sure if it matters

@huber Manu thanks for details. they are very strict on AP evidence so my attorneys told unless I have it ready do not expedite. but good that you got it. one more thing that might have worked is your spouse already had it approved

@P N they did not even ask for evidence in the end. but yes have evidence ready. this was my second attempt. at the first attempt they told me insufficient evidence. but if genuine reason you can try. worst case only the exppidate process will get denied. not the AP
