My online cases disappear

Hello everybody today I Just try to check on my online cases in USCIS website and I notices most of my online cases disappear. Does anyone have the same same problem? And right now in order to add them again is asking me to an online access code which I don’t have any thoughts on this any help will be very appreciated. Thank you.

I just found out that the USCIS system is experimenting a failure and they are aware and working on it

They are probably updating the system.

It used to just happen on Sundays when they’re doing maintenance. It’s a holiday weekend, so just give it till Tuesday.

I have a RFE deadline for tomorrow, don’t know what to do with the website down, I can’t see my cases and it’s not letting me add them again. I’ve been trying since yesterday.
