My I131 was denied
why could my I131 have been denied? I received a rfe because uscis was indicating that I might have left the US on a certain date, I gathered up sufficient evidence proving I in fact do not ever leave and sent it back , today I received a denial 😠what could be the reson?? The notice gets sent to my lawyer first so now I’m waiting to hear from her. I am so upset.
