My I-360 Vawa was approved after 3 years. I had already received the Work Permit and the travel permit 2 years ago, but with the approval of Vawa I only received my Work Permit. Could anyone tell me
I will still receive this travel permission? And also how long it takes to receive the green card after approval.

@Sandra Suave if you applied for AP renewal then you will get C09 EAD with AP. If you didn't apply for AP renewal you won't receive another card that you can use for re-entry.
Average waiting time for GC is 3 months to 2 years.

the c31 EAD that you received with Vawa approval is only good to work you can’t travel based on that. but with the travel permit you can. please check your card for text “serves as re entry to USA”

@Mrkvica M. I did ask to renew my work permit and travel permit, but I only received a work permit. One question, on my last work permit it was written at the bottom of the card advance parole, but this new one doesn't.😞

@hope bliss on this new card it is written that it is not valid to enter the USA, but they also did not send the Travel Permit. Will it still be shipped?

@Sandra Suave correct. EAD C31 is NOT valid for re-entry so you have to wait for renewal of EAD under C09 cat and that will be valid for re-entry
