how do you know is a notice of Intent specifically.... it says RFE or notice of Intent....

unfortunately „notice of intent” means notice of intent to deny. BUT nothing is lost. just wait for the letter and answer for it with more evidence. there is A LOT of people who were approved after NOID. I can see that there was RFE issued to you, and you answered for it. If USCIS send you now NOID that means they give you a chance to send more evidence or to explain inconsistencies if there were any. they could easily deny you, but instead they send NOID. what was rfe about?

yes I Just hire lawyer to reply the RFE and the RFE is about my marriage certificate divorce

they only ask me for 3 things marriage certificate birth certificate of the husband divorce decree thar all and my lawyer ask me to do sign a Nutry with it

previous I didn't divorce my current husband

If they send you a NOID it means you didn't not give them everything they asked for in the first RFE. follow the instruction in the NIOD letter and don't rely on your lawyer. provide them with all required documents. Atleast they are giving you an opportunity to make corrections to your deficiencies and that means they will approve your case.
