my husband just had his oath ceremony yesterday, and today we got out i 130 approved as a lpr wife, and our daughters are included on that petition. i dont know what is going to happen.

me parece que si no envían la certificación de ciudadanía a USCIS, el caso no se va a actualizar a IR-1 y por ende, seguirá siendo F2A y sus hijas siguen incluidas. Deberían consultar con un abogado para que estén mejor asesorados y sepan si les conviene o no actualizar el caso a IR-1

@F G that what they say if my husband upgraded from LPR o would ofto restart the process for my child . so I advise him not to even though my PD is October 2023

hola , lamentablemente sus hijas salieron de la petición automáticamente, debe de hacer peticiones nuevas como ciudadano. a los menores.
