my friend file was lost at uscis
my friend went for interview today and he was told that his file was lost and they looking for it and they don’t know how long they can find it . so his depressed now and confused. he file since 2019

yes…same thing happened to my friend in 2018. USCIS “lost” I-130, but my friend bring the copy of I-130. still not approved until now. my friend brought his lawyer on the interview. did your friend has copy for that documents ? whatever I sent to USCIS, I made exact copy and will bring it on the interview.

I heard one case like this a few days ago. So depressing... I think it's better to submit online since they scan and post everything on your account.

now the guy blood pressure is high he has to go to the emagency after the officer told him his file were lost by uscis . and they never told him since 2019
