My mother applied for me, F3, in October 2013. I had a WAC receipt number from California Service Center. In May 2024 my case was moved into the electronic system and issued an IOE number. I haven't heard anything since.

Mine is February 2013,and I got approval in 2022 and the case has been with NVC since then, and the reason given is that due to numerical limitations of visa number prescribed by law,that the application is not eligible for further processing.Each time i log in to CEAC,no update since 2022.

our PD is June 2014 & we r still waiting for approval from USCIS, consider yourself lucky as ur i130 got approved ....

as per VB they r processing PD of Aug 2007 (not for India, china, mexico & Philippines), so you still have few more years ahead of you

many years yet. as said above, look at the Visa bulletin. no visa available to you until your PD is current in that. maybe another 10 years?

@A B yes, the petition can be approved years (or even decades) before a visa is available. USCIS don’t rush to approve I-130’s for non immediate family members though, and most people want the I-130 to take as long as possible so any dependent children might still get a visa.
