whatever her concerns are that is making feel she doesn’t want to progress with your status sit her down and eat the humble pie so u mend the bridges, making your wife a priority and addressing her concerns mostly avoid some of these misfortunes. I pray she understands and have a change of mind .

yes, I am afraid I don’t have time to file with waiver, first I have to divorce her that only takes 30+ days, I probably going to have to sit with her and talk. she did same thing when we were filing in the beginning, I had her family involved and we filed I got conditional GC we were doing good with on and off issues. This time she is turning her back again, I did not see this coming

So Fi, I understand you, try and talk to her, but if she doesn't listen, you have no choice now , than to divorce, you are not required to have your final divorce decree, but USCIS will send the requesting for it later on

I am already drained with the thoughts of how long it’s going to take and the amount of time I am going to stay confined in states before it gets approved, as I think if I go with waiver route I will not be able to travel as it risks my entry, it’s so exhausting

I will advice or suggest u talk to her , trust me she will budge . I know it’s not easy with the back and forth but showing extra concern helps a lot i wish u the best .

Please talk to her calmly and maturely, maybe when she's not stressed. Also, does she have good people that she listens to? Maybe she has her concerns and she needs to be heard. I don't think she would start this journey with you to make you get stranded at this junction. Also, choose a day to fast and pray about it. spend some money on her take her shopping buy her pizza go out on a date or two be as nice as you can she will sign it. be as calm as you can I know it hurts be just for the time sake show her some love. you decide what you want to do after she signed. good luck

u don’t need her if she refuse to sign it and she’s pressuring u or abusing u I. any ways u can file under the extreme cruelty law because she is causing u emotional trauma because of your status
