same. transferred on 6 October 2022 to NBC. nothing since. (PD June 2022…ROW current, EB1-C)

mine got changed to fingerprint status on that day, now 491 days already

Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

Generally NBC is where they send files that can't be adjudicated because they are not current. Yes cases are also adjudicated at NBC but it acts as a storage house as well. This allows for more space at FO for those cases that are current and can actually get their GC.

your PD is not current, nothing will happen until it is current.

@RR D My PD is not current, so I don’t think it’s worth trying to inquire.

09/27/22 my I-485 was transferred from Houston to NBC and it didn’t get any movement . Last month I started calling, doing inquiries,e-request and chatting them every possible way and today the status has changed for CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW. Let see what’s going to happen . My pd is 02/28/2020 .I’ll turn 4 years on this process this month.

same here. Pd Aug 2021. NO RFE. Transferred to nBC last september. No updates since then

My PD is June 2021 and the last update was on july 13 2022 . which was case remains pending (CRP) .. nothing update since then.. and i had file i-693 physical exam along with concurrent all application..

@jonas neto I think right now USCIS is working on cases ( PD September 7, 2020 ) for EB3 Other workers.
