I have not received the welcome letter yet. Do have any idea of how long will it take? my case is about 9 months in nvc

go to CEAC and see what they need after your case is sent to NVC

what is the waiting time for siblings I130 from the pd ?

usually you receive the welcome letter the next day by email . try to call them

my case is almost 10 months at nvc and I see that there are similar cases like me that have not received WL. Does it need to complete 13 years and the the welcome letter will be sent to me ?

nvc should have emailed you a case number and invoice number

the nvc said that if your time is not current they will not even allow you to go onto the website or receive a welcome letter. that's what I was told.

so did u pay fess or still waiting from nvc

For your category (F4) once your priority date isn't current you won't get a welcome letter
