@Jesus baby yes , I see internet the maximum is 3 weeks , is why I call them , also my first EAd 2 years ago I recived in 3 days , yes I have lawyer they told me that only thing that we can do is wait.

@Te Rexx I chat with them they told that they can give any information because my case is base on VaWA , I call them and them told that maximum is 2 months in “ new card being produce “

@Blessed Blessed Oh this was a renewal?? I thought it was your very first EAD, I also renewed in February, it’s been 110 days but nothing yet. since it’s a renewal and with this current administration I’m not sure how long it takes anymore as nothing is the same way again, just gonna have to be a little more patient

maybe you contact your congress office but sincerely everything has change. my greencard correction took 9months before they send it after much pressure cos I have to call and apply for infopass appointment but wasn’t granted the infopass appointment instead they sent my greencard.

@Blessed Blessed get the tracking number from USCIS then track the card. sign up for informed delivery it will email you all incoming mail and that way you can track the card. or call your attorney they may have delivered it to your attorneys office

unfortunately the USCIS is lying their ass off. My I-765 has been in process now for 290 days. Tried to expedite, they asked evidence. I provided them. called them last Friday and they said that I will get my decision on that Friday. Haven't heard back anything.. I have called them every Friday for over 2 months. Always different story and just empty words....
