My case transfer to National Benefits center and today i received rejection notice
My case transfer to National Benefits center and today i received notice saying visa is not available for your priority. Online status shows rejected your form because it was not filed correctly.
My lawyer has not received document case.
Has anyone faced this issue?? Don’t know how to deal with this issue. Do I have send all my documents again?
My priority is current

yes it is current.. My priority date ported from EB2 to EB1

most probably it should be only G28 issue
call uscis and clarify.
your aos must be in processing. and g28 is rejected

they have not charged any fees for any of the documents.. notice sent for all 3 docs (485,765 and 131)

I guess your documents were delivered before your priority date is current? did you received any update since then?

My priority date is current. According to lawyer the new year starts from Oct and they started working on our document around September so may be that’s why they have given rejection. May be current year visa quota completed. New year starts from October. Or in error they have given this rejection as my priority was ported from EB2 to EB1 and officer didn’t check that

USCIS received my case on 08/21 they generated rejection notice on 25th Sep, we received package back on 7th Oct

can ask what did you change after rejection? unfortunately I got into the same situation

We reapplied and they accepted case, so its seems because of year end all Visa are already utilized so they didn’t consider our case.

Good afternoon Guys thank you for this information I am in the same boat and I am so stressed out, my AOS got Reject after ingest today and that AOS pending was my lawful status, I am worried of sending the I485 again and getting denied for not being in any status, but, my lawyer says I will be fine because she will send a letter explaining the situation, any advice?, my case was of Case remains pending for 2 years and I got EAD and interview and everything went fine until today
