@Nicola Christie Has your case been approved yet? Mine is F3 with PD 11/2016 and migrated to ELIS 8 month ago. But I have not received approval yet. as far as your case goes I am not sure if it was sent to NVC as they are working on 2012 year cases.

no it has not been approved it just said case migrated to Ellis, then I got another message saying your case was received but a receipt notice not send it also state nothing was outstanding on my case

about the nvc migration i don't know that's why I am checking here if anyone knows anything about that

they are deliberately moving slow because there no way possible it supposed take them that long what are they still doing at 2012

@Nicola Christie Hello my sis got approved five years ago her father is US citizen the case number she had b4 started with a WAC when she got approved. Last year she got a new case number start with IOE and says it’s processing can u explain that to me?

hello @pm I don't understand much about it I am still learning about the whole usics thing, I had the same WAC # too when it migrated it changes to the IOE, I guess the WAC was the paper base form but the IOE is the electric system method so that's their #

moving to elis doesn't mean you got an approval & case moved to NVC, its jus that they moved the file from paper based processing to electronic based processing system..wait time remains the same....
