im waiting since march 16 2023 rfe august 6 2024 and still waiting !!! almost 160 days and no answeer i did inquiry 10 days ago i dont know what to expect anymore

@victor _kc 162 days to my RFE tired of waiting. those people who filed after me they get it already. USCIS works so slow and unfair

@D A my i485 case also stuck at Freno field office . they reviewed my case 4 time but not give decision yet .

@jass sandhu i think so. when i asked to agent they told me Fresno field office processing my case. tried to expedite with member of congress. it didn’t help

@jass sandhu i also wanted to file mandamus pro se. but administration is changing after January 20. i was so confused who to mention as Director of USCIS and DHS

@jass sandhu after filling mandamus , how long does it take to them to take action. How many days did you wait after sending. i filled mandamus too and sent everything

@D A after 58 days i got interview notice .

@D A But i think you will get decision in near one month . because i live in Fresno CA thats why they want my schudeuled for interview so thats why they take a time .
