I’m in removal proceeding
my spouse file I-130 get aprouved 03/01/2019
I file I-485 February 2019,it’s already 34 months,this morning I talk to a live agent.she said that my case is based grant of asylum more than 1 year. my next hiring on September 2022,I don’t have the asylum grant yet.
was a law office Greg promushkin that I pay for my case.I don’t know what to do.

if I was u I would apply for work permit and advance parole together with the green card because when you are in removal proceedings thex waiting time for gc is around five years or even more depending on your case

I'm in the boat and I'm planning to file concurrently when I'm filing for my gc in case the gc takes forever ill be able to travel and work while waiting. I really hate the process but hey that's what they put me in for no reason. never get in any trouble with the law or anything one day I just received the nta so I'm just waiting for court date

I was in removal too but my lawyer ask the judge to terminate it and I apply for I-485 and work authorization with USCIS
