My AOS has not been accepted and I-94 is expiring soon .
EB1A - I140 approved . priority Date 11/06/2023. AOS already sent 12/20/2023. haven’t received I-797C yet. I-94 due to 01/01/2024 (B2).
should I leave US as my I-94 is going to expire or can stay ?????#AOS #I-94
generally if I leave the US during AOS my case is considered abandoned.
what to do if I'm not sure USCIS accepted my AOS petition before expiration of I-94.

not yet. They haven't cashed the money order. I sent AOS petition a few days ago 12/20/2023 but my I-94 expires soon 01/01/2024
