omg that crazy,, have u try calling them to speak to a person?

@Nelly burns , I emailed my lawyer to called them , she said they put her on hold for 30 minutes without any response, I’m very frustrated.

just called them your self hun even if u wait the whole day on the phone im sure u can do it ,, because these lawyers deal with lot of people sometimes they don’t really have patience that u will have for your case at the end of the day it your case hun,, just call them your self ,,, never give up,,, im sending inquiries every month since last year November,,, my PD is 2021 November imagine,,, I don’t even ask my lawyer nothing,,, im reaching out to these people my self,, im also thinking of Suing them,,,, did u try to reach out to Ombudsman?

@Nelly burns thank you so much for encouraging me, I really appreciate it , I know, my lawyer she a piece of sh… I emailed her many times she didn’t even bother to answer. I will call them god willing Friday. no I never contacted anybody just my lawyer because I don’t know how to contact ombudsman. god be with me and you and for all people still waiting. I swear I can’t sleep I’m taking pills to sleep

I had the same issue with my lawyer it came to the point where I was like fu…k it I’m doing this on my way, I don’t even reach out to him no more,, these people are staying with their families they won’t go extra like u on your case because at the end of the day they not the one stressing, crying, depressed,, all they think of is money when u asking for help…. u can google the congressman in your city or put your zipcode,, u should be able to get a contact infor and call them or send them email,,,, here is the ombudsman link https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance if u read on their website your case might be the priority it not like u waiting for the decision on your 130
