which state you’re interview schedule?

same happened to me as well. no worries just be ready with everything that you have filed with them. it will be some questions for i360 and some for i485 or maybe just for i485 or just yes or no question it depends .. but in most cases it takes 10 to 45 minutes maximum

I heard just questions from 1485 mostly, you should be fine. all will be well.. keep us posted.. when was your vawa approved!? and what state u reside in and what state is the interview in. is the interview in the state you live in.

hey , after vawa approval , did you get medical rfe ? if yes how long after they sent interview notice?

@sam singh yes they sent rfe for medical on march 15 and aprial 18 scheduled interview but I only got it today

my Vawa approved October 2024 since then I never got any RFE or medical fir I-485 and when I called uscis they said my I-485 detail doesn’t match

@shameel masurkar I have the same situation, my vawa approved march 2024 and I called them 2 times nothing happened, even I contacted the congresswoman , she said she can’t help me and I’m still waiting no RFE no interview until now 14 months

@fadwa bahhi I contacted congress man they help me an send me the form to fill up immigration detail then uscis reply to congress man said that my case transfer from Vermont to national benefit Centre then after I try to called uscis to find out how long it’s going to take transfer from NBC to local field office uscis said your detail doesn’t match in our system again I had email to congress man but it’s been one month no reply from uscis and before reply they got in one day

@shameel masurkar I’m glad the congressman helped you, the congresswoman I contacted she said my case is Normal and can’t help with vawa cases because of privacy concerns 🙄🙄. 14 months waiting and she said is normal, that is crazy .
