Hey! How are you? I have 8 months waiting for an interview lol. Ciudad Juárez embassy has 2 months without send appointments IR1/CR1 😵‍💫. I was expecting my appointment this month but now I think I will receive it maybe in September 😭😭

@William Andrade Hey hunny! agh I’m miserable with this wait 😖How are you doing? I can’t believe you are still waiting too! I wonder if just all the embassy’s have slowed down with IR1/CR1? Montreal went from sending IL after just 3 weeks of DQ in Feb to an absolute trickle. I keep hoping they will catch up again but they continue to only cover a few days- a week at a time. What DQ are they working on there?

@Kristen B I think all embassies are getting slow. Ciudad Juárez has 2 months working with cases DQ August 2023. I'm just getting crazy lol

@Kristen B Hey Kristen! People in México is expecting appointments this month (probably 2 months of appointments September and October 2023) because the visa bulletin didn't move anymore...so I think finally Ciudad Juárez is gonna start again sending appointments CR1/IR1 😭

I was reading a lot about why Ciudad Juárez stopped sending appointments for 3 months and I discovered that fiscal year is gonna finish in September and they had a bunch of visa for Categories F2A and they didn't use them all the year so before the fiscal year finish they start using those available visas. Again, the visa bulletin didn't move finally lol and I think they can focus again in visas CR1/IR1

And finally....today I saw FINALLY appointments for people from Dominican Republic after so many months without appointments...so I think they are gonna start sending appointments in all the embassies 👀

Well, last month finally Ciudad Juárez sent appointments DQ september 2023...so I will get probably my interview letter in october and interview in december 2024...that's not fair 😭...but today I became IR1 lol (today is my second anniversary lol)

@Kristen B The embassy sent me an email last friday saying that they will be close on the 24th...so my interview is tomorrow! At 7:30 am!!
