Mistake
I forgot to submit an i130a form along with my i130 for from 2023. Has anyone ever made this mistake and still got their i130 approved?

@kacey-ann, you're not gonna get approved if the i130a isn't in that filing. maybe they'll send you a RFE or NOID, I suggest you get an experience immigration lawyer to help you with this one.

why don’t you complete it and submit it online. maybe they will see it and use it before issuing a RFE
