how did you know uscis lost your file ? when you filed did you get the receipt number

@shameel masurkar yes they sent receipt and a letter saying they received everything.I have been calling for month and now this is what they told me

those are reasons to expedite! resend it and ask for it to be expedited.

@temex tinix I spoke to uscis three time with three different agent but they saying they can’t find my case so I reach out to congress man they help me and my case is at national benefit Centre now, so find out congress man in your area they will help you for immigration
