MILITARY SPOUSE NEED APPROVAL FOR I485
August 18,2022 I have been waiting on these ppl, did my interview in 9 months time my husband in the military fighting for this country, he's deployed and in Germany and u guys can't make a decision. And it over a yr now to give his wife a greencard. Listen if it's not the grace of God I would go crazy, depression is taking a toll on me, any one who is a military spouse waiting so long its unbearable.

Have you tried to expedite? I saw a couple of military spouses on here expedited and got approved.

we did that, that's how we got the interview then he left, seems like them put my file in a corner and forget about me or something

that's exactly my next step it's too expensive to get a lawyer to do a mandamus so I'm going to write to congressman to see what can be done

is your husband a US Citizen or Greencard holder? as per what I’ve read Greencard holders takes 2-3 years and 13-14 months for US Citizens
