@Jane Voto Yes, we have contacted a live agent for Emma, several times. And it only tells us that the process is normal. I see approvals for 5 months and mine for more than a year, and without any news. And we have even sent some evidence in the my uscis account, as photos, social networks, proof of sending money, photos that our daughter traveled to the United States where my husband, because she obtained citizenship through her father, the report consular of birth. She got them automatically. On the other hand, I have to wait for my approval.

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators. Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community. Search Inmigrate USA. I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida. Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien. Thanks!!!

@Johanna 27 Dec, 2022 ahora en Nebraska. contacted them as one of the officers? and yeah that really suck and the wait time actually is frustrating. you can also try to file for an e-request that’s for papers that’s taking longer than 6 months. just go to there website and search “outside process time” or type in e-request in google. if nothing else u can also fight this in court u just need an immigration lawyer a good one. cause if ur husband is a U.S. citizen then ur an immediate family. sometimes things take longer when outside of the States. but other than that, both of y’all got a child so that more than enough proof for your papers to be approved.
