Medical RFE
Of those who have sent medical RFE to field offices, how long did it take for them to update your case status to “Response to Evidence Was Received” after you mailed out? Which field office? Did you also get an update on your case status saying “Request to Evidence Was Sent” when you received your medical RFE? Please share! If my account doesn’t get updated soon, how soon can I contact to confirm, in fact, my medical is received at Boston Office? Thank you!

@Make W Our case is at Dallas FO. US Citizen filed for parent. We have submitted our medical RFE on 3/16 and we are still waiting for an update. Online account still shows the update of USCIS sending us the RFE on 3/1, with a note below stating we have passed the submission date. I spoke with someone at the contact center last week and they opened a service request. We got an email back after a few days saying they are reviewing the case and no further action is needed from us at this point. So they have it, they just don't update online in some cases it seems. Tomorrow marks 1yr since we've originally applied. It takes a whole lot of patience!!!!

@Poplap Praat Mos For me, my status case is not updated for Boston Office to send me this RFE….. Not sure what’s going on with my online account.

I sent in my medical on 05/24/2023 to New York field office and it was delivered by USPS on 05/25/2023, still no update on my i-485 nor update online saying they have received it... fingers crossed!!
