that's a norm nowadays. whats the content of RFE? I do hear some people getting RFE based on missing polio vaccine

that's strange.. is the civil surgeon through which you got your medical done still in the USCIS designated list?

hey its not uncommon and people randomly get it. same scenario happened to us. our attorney said it could be sometimes package mispalced by uscis due to volume of packages or some other reason. my wife got it and we just resubmitted. we have no choice. so go to the same uscis civil surgeon and get an latest updated records again repackage and send it as per instructions

Our family also got the i-693 RFE, even though we’ve already done it in 2022. I think i-693’s (medical exam) submitted on or before May 31, 2023 were using the July 19, 2022 edition or its previous versions, which expires after 2 years. The polio vaccine (IPV) proof of vaccination was also added as i-693 requirement. Just make sure if submitting an updated I-693, to use the 03/09/23 version, or check uscis website for latest version.

yes. for us uscis had lost our medicals. we got an interview call and during that same week got an rfie again for medicals. we took the sealed reports to our interview. seems like it's common that they might loose the medical reports packet
