Medical RFE
Hello Friends, Who normally send the medical RFE is it the NBC where I submitted papers or its the nearest field office?. I live in California. It’s been 4 mos since I received my EAD and AP but I have not receive the medical RFE. My lawyer said to just wait for the RFE. He did not recommend interfiling because chances are they will request for medical again. Any idea? Thank you.

I got a courtesy letter saying medical is required either to bring on the day of interview or mail to them

do not interfile wait for RFE - when they ask it’s almost the end of the journey.
