Medical RFE
Is there anyone receive I 693 Medical RFE notice eventhough submitted initially with the case. Notice say i am missing i 693 so either they send another rfe notice if interview waived or i have to come along at the time of interview. My attorney said it must be error notice. My case is still at NBC.
How long it usually takes once Medical RFE we receive ?

if it’s been 2 years your medical has expired that’s why you have to take it again and send it… if that’s not the case it my be an error contact then asap

@Atlanta October 21 my case is at Atlanta FO too. filing is Nov 2022. so it's not been 2 yrs. thank you for responding. Did you receive interview call or any update on case

@S P my interview was waived and after all this time I reach out to my congressman last month and I got approved yesterday

I handed during my interview back in Jan 2023 and got ref 3 days ago I called USCIS and waiting for response
