Medical RFE - What’s Going On?
USCIS received my medical RFE for form I-485 on April 25, 2023, I noticed the response received changed to August 2 2023 we will review the evidence. On August 11 I-765 card was approved and delivered on August 15. Why was the EAD approved and the I-485 still under review and they’ve had the RFE for about 3 months. Anyone been in such situation? Why the hold up on the I-485?

EAD is normally approved earlier for your processing center, them they will send your i-485 to your field office to review

that is the process I-765 is always first and always months ahead

@Ernie Acquah Mine was also received on April 25, and the green changed to received on August second. Mine is NBC Lee Summit Mo. where’s yours if you don’t mind?

It's been 13 days after my medical rfe was received, I pray they(NBC) approve my ead
