medical report
I didn’t file my medical report initially with my i-485 application. I have been waiting for about a year and still haven’t received an RFE.
I asked EMMA and the USCIS officer told me to NOT send my medical report until RFE cause it might get lost.
but I was hoping if I did, they might bring up my case from bottom of the cabinet and blow the dust off!!
has anyone mailed their medical examination report before getting an RFE?

I would have them duplicate the medical report. I will mail one and keep the other one with me, and wait to see what happens from there.

I am so sorry for the wait! I understand how frustrating the wait is!! but sending your medical does not help! it would just cause you doing that twice!
