Maybe you could do one medical exam and request two seal copies. Some place will charge you for the extra copies some others won’t. But make sure you mail them both to their respective destinations within 60days of surgeon signatures.

I don’t think so, ask the doctor if he/she can get you two copies of it.

Thank you Saasy and Andrea for prompt response ♥️. I will ask them for another sealed copy. The only concern I have is I have yet to receive RFE for Medical Exam on my earlier AOS application (based on approved U visa derivative) and my another AOS application (Employment based) will going to be filled here in couple of days so let's see if the timing works out and I can leverage the same exam for both.

@ S K did you inform your lawyer that you have two application, I think you have to choose which route U visa or employment?

@Bug Aging - Both the lawyers are aware but none of them has said anything about choosing one vs. another yet.
