medical exam form I-683
Hi,
just wondering when you go to your medical exam appointment do you print off the form I-693 once you’ve completed your part? or is it better to fill it out and email to Doc who is conducting the exam?
just asking as it says on form to type out the answers

You should not fill the form at all. Your civil surgeon will fill out all of the form with your information.

the doctor will give you 2 copies- one official envelope for uscis and one for your records. you don’t need to fill out anything
