I got a letter regarding my I485 that they don’t have or they are missing some paperwork from my medical form. I submitted my medical with my application a year ago. I called the doctor today to get a new sealed envelope as my lawyer told me to do. However, it looks like the doctor only give one sealed envelope which mean I might have to redo my medical. Did this happen to somebody?

The instructions say to get a copy for yourself from the doctor. the doctor must give you 2 envelopes; one for your records and another for your application.
