I feel you. I'm June 14. And I see problems with delayed June cases too. Not only here but in other forums. I dont understand why they started with July cases and don't finish with the June ones

@Ivy Vn i kno right it makes no sense at all. it makes me wonder if they misplace our cases or what bc how can they start move on without finishing previous months

@C C @Hamza Abdulsattar I've read in other forum where they show charts of statistics, that USCIS works blocks of cases..for example this week they are working block 212 or something, i don't remember the number and it's from July 2nd to July 7th something like that, so my case belongs to a block of 3 blocks ago because they work in a new block of cases every week but who knows why they leave some cases for later. Someone had told me that it depends on the country but if that's the reason why other cases of June from my country (which is Ecuador) were approved when I saw approvals of the same PD here? Others say we have to match our cases with cases from the same country, same service center and same PD. I don't know if that's true

@Ivy Vn thats pretty crazy maybe thats why they are a mess bc the way they do cases. did they say what website they check the chart?

@Ivy Vn I talked to a USCIS agent today and they told me I’m very close and I should expect something before September 3rd. if not I should send an inquiry but they said I should be very close. let’s see I guess

@Hamza Abdulsattar You're lucky when you talk with live chat. When I use that, even when I ask them not to give me the same info that I can see on my account and I beg them to tell me if they are reviewing my case, they just copy paste what I read on my account. I hope they approve us next week as they told you because we are around the same dates and same service center. I'm writing the congressman today, which is the one for WPB Florida, to see what happens, if it doesn't help, it won't hurt

@Ivy Vn trust me most of them are like that. most of the time I get the same AI generated message. But sometimes you get lucky with a good agent. honestly just keep trying until you get a good agent. also when talking to them say it’s unacceptable and you would appreciate a real answer and not an AI generated message.
