Hi, does anyone know what specific documents do you have to bring to the visa interview?
My spouse has his interview next month we are trying to prepare ahead of time…

check the website of the embassy he is interviewing at. they usually have a detailed list. Also check to see if they have a pre interview process

Take every original document you submitted online.

I would update anything needed and upload it to CEAC, and just like the previous post take everything you uploaded in CEAC. The embassy normally include instructions on what to bring in the interview letter or they will have a pre interview checklist but every country embassy is different.
