marriage based I-765 pending timeline (need similar cases for comparison)
Hi everyone, I’m trying to find people with similar timeline or situation to mine for EAD (I-765) approval reference.
Here is my case detail:
* Category: Marriage-based green card (I-130 + I-485 concurrent filing)
* EAD type: (c)(9)
* Receipt date: 2/9/26
* Biometrics completed: 3/6/26
* Service center: NBC
* Current status: Case is still pending / no updates since biometrics
* Any RFE: None so far

wife and I filed ours in October 12 2025 and nothing since biometrics they are very slow currently

@j w If you’re from a banned country, your permit isn’t gonna get approved till the ban is lifted
