Marriage based green card
Hi Everyone , I am new to this community and I want to explain my case so I can get some insights and see if anyone has gone through same process.
I entered the country through the border in California 2022 , i was taken to detention by border patrol c i did and passed my credible fear , I was then paroled into the US from ice. Fast forward I lost my asylum case in 2023 and appealed immediately , In 2024 I married my spouse who is actively serving in the navy . now I have filled for I-130 and I-131 which is the military parole in place which are both still processing, I applied for both last year , 1 in August and other in September. Please has anyone gone through Same process and was able to receive their green card through marriage.

if you got denied you had no legal reason to be here and should have self deported. you’re 1-130 will be highly scrutinized even if it’s with a military personnel. be prepared to prove that this isn’t a fraudulent marriage. you also run the risk of being deported
