congratulations! my IOE number starts with the same number as yours. could you possibly share the next two or three numbers so I can see when my case might be processed? I submitted the marriage based adjustment of status of December 21, 2021. i did biometrics and since then my I-765 and I-485 have been actively reviewed by USCIS. thanks!

@Ham joy. the IOe number sequence doesn't matter. it is the priority date. Also, if you are not from San Diego, you can't even compare. Timelines vary for each city

@Buzz King I’m so from San Diego. and my number start with IOE0913, priority date is 2021-08-30.. got the Ead yet 485 is still being reviewed. Does it mean I got skipped😂
Buzz KingMar 18, 2022
@ charlie , your case is also IR-1 type?
Charlie ChenMar 18, 2022
@Buzz King, yes I am IR1.
Buzz KingMar 18, 2022
@charlie, same visa type, same FO and still wrong order... we know USCIS is not approving all applications in order. When I see the graph, we can notice that they approve a few application from every month... though majority are from June/July/Aug 2021 range, you will see some from every month including 2022. So, some people get approved ahead of you. that is the sad truth. But, you may still get it ahead of others as San Diego is a little faster compared to some other states. Best of luck

@Buzz King. thank you for the insight. I was wondering will our 485 will always be processed in NBC. I keep hearing people talking about their 485 will be transferred to their actual “local office” when their status changes to scheduledto be interviewed .
Buzz KingMar 18, 2022
yes. it will be transferred to local FO for interview
Charlie ChenMar 21, 2022
@Buzz King, just wanted to give you an update that my 485 was scheduled for interview just now. hopefully yours will be coming up soon!
