March 2023 filers- Biometrics
I filed for VAWA in March 2034. I just received biometrics update but only for my 1-131. I have not received biometrics for my other cases 1-360, 1-485, and 1-765. Has this happened to anyone before?

@God’s Child does the code 2 biometrics cover i765 as well? I recently received an update on my i131 that my fingerprints has been updated. please note that I still have my i130 and i485 pending and I am still married. My EAD expires in less than 90 days. will the biometrics update apply to my i765 as well?

@The Law yes the code 2 applies only to 131 and 765, nothing else. Code 3 applies to alllll of them. so if you get a code 3 biometrics appointment, it could be applied to all of your cases, but if you get a code 2, you will definitely receive another appointment for a code 3 in order to move forward with your green card application.

@uscislin linuscis i received it Sept 7. they applied my previous biometrics from my marriage case
