March 2019 PD - Any Updates?
Anyone with an F1 petition (unmarried son/daughter over 21 of a U.S. citizen) and a March 2019 priority date? Have you already received your NVC Welcome Letter or become documentarily qualified? How long did it take after your I-130 approval?

According to the July Visa Bulletin, the Filing Date is January 1, 2019. This means that, for now, only applications filed on or before that date are eligible to move forward in the process.
Your case has not yet reached that stage. Once the Visa Bulletin advances to your filing date, your case will be able to continue through the process and move closer to a decision, provided all other requirements have been met.
The encouraging news is that the waiting time is no longer measured in years, but likely in just a few months. If the Visa Bulletin continues to progress at its current pace, your turn is getting closer.
