Mandatus
So still no update and still not able to speak to my Lawyer and his office has became super disrespectful but I have to stuck it up because I already paid all my money. I am unable to speak to my Attorney since November 2023; he’s always in a meeting or out the country, that’s what I’ve always been told by my paralegal, but he’s active on social media. Today I was informed by my paralegal that I would need to pay $2500 for them to file a mandatus. What sense does this really make??? My vawa was approve March 2023! I’ve asked to expedite my case several times and they refused to help me to expedite my case. I’ve been the one to submit my medical and constantly calling USCIS. Does anyone know how to file a Mandatus? I really don’t have that money.

don't pay anything, just wait , is so much time already so no big difference really just patience is such an exausting petition wish I knew it from beginning I would just return to my country
