Mandamus Motion to dismiss granted
hi,
Today I got a call from my lawyer says that my Mandamus case got dismissed. I wanna let you know guys out there thinking to do the Mandamus, I personally think that it's not worth to pay that much money to spend for this. All we have to do is waiting. Wait for USCIS to make a decision and hope for the best🙁

my lawyer said that there is no point fighting for it since my case is in the processing time, although I can move forward and pay more money and fight...I don't think spending more money on this is good idea since uscis is fighting against Suing. I am not seeing anything positive aswell and it's not cheep at all.
