Mandamus Lawsuit
Hello Family… I was just listening to a lawyer on Instagram and she was talking about the Mandamus Law Suit against USCIS if your case is past 3-4years mark. Has anyone on here tried that? Just asking.

@Leo B I agree. also you need to have a strong point that they have delayed and the processing time they will use to justify that they didn't delay anything.

just do it, and it’s fine to do it. if your case taking longer you should do it. talking from the experience and it worked and got approved
