Mandamus Lawsuit
Hello Family… I was just listening to a lawyer on Instagram and she was talking about the Mandamus Law Suit against USCIS if your case is past 3-4years mark. Has anyone on here tried that? Just asking.

if you are waiting for your approval for long time then it perfectly works for you, but it doesn’t guarantee an approval at least you get the results from them.

@Leo B I agree. also you need to have a strong point that they have delayed and the processing time they will use to justify that they didn't delay anything.
