I talked too and I don’t think if you get a denial you go strait deportation unless you have another cause for that @Tortes T how much they are charging?

If you have a strong case, I’d definitely file the law suit. Attorneys are right on this one. they’re putting people in removal proceedings if uscis denies your case.

I think the attorney is right, I got a similar advice from my attorney. people may say this is wrong but I don’t trust this administration they are doing all crazy things as possible.

donu have a work permit if you do wait a little bit.If your case is stting you have a good evidence go for it.i been waiting for 3yrs my lawyer said its too ealey to request to expedite it

@Ivan b I don’t have another cause really, but who knows with this administration. I’ve always followed the law. But before knowing about VAWA I left my marriage in fear knowing that I would most likely end up with no legal presence so I do have a period of overstay because of it.

@Romeo riv the attorney asked to review my whole case to make sure it’s strong enough or if there’s anything they might ask for evidence that we have it ready beforehand (in case I do decide to go ahead with the lawsuit)

@waiting_since Jan_2020 omg, you’ve been waiting even longer! I’m just running out of hope, and not being unable to get out of the country because I’m scared of using my AP during this administration and the constant fear with them getting people at airports, I really just want to move on with my life
