Mandamus Bethpage New York office
Has anyone filed writ of mandamus for asylum interview schedule with Bethpage New York office recently? I'm looking for more information on how soon they give out schedule date. thanks

You are not filing mandamus for the particular office or interview scheduling. You are suing USCIS as an agency for adjudication of your petition in general, so it does not matter which office’s jurisdiction you are in. My case was approved in 2 weeks after I sued them.
