that is weird I submited my case Monday and yesterday was already filed on pacermonitor

did you filed your selfe ? or with an attorney

I have been waiting too . it’s has been 42 days .

normally agency has 60days to respond and usually they start taking action end of the 60 days deadline

in my case I filed at the end of October and still nothing government has 60 days + 51 extra days because of shutdown

If u have your mandamus case number then just search on google. go search my mandamus lawsuit then put your case or Recipt number from the court .
