@Chris Pinto if the petitioner is a resident then the case could take 2 - 3 years in general. but once the petitioner become a citizen you can update that info to uscis and that’ll help your case.

if the petitioner is eligible to apply for naturalization (citizenship) and gets approved. The case you posted could speed up, once you update the status of the petitioner
