losing it
12/06/23 2nd RFE request received. 01/11/24 RFE sent to USCIS, no response of receipt for 2nd RFE from them and nothing has changed yet. I am almost losing it. it seems like forever and to think some pe who submitted their applications after I did already have their GCI need my light at the end of the tunnel, Lord!

have you tried reaching out to your congressman for intervention? try that route, if that doesn't work file for a writ of mandamus. I'm in the process of filing for my writ of mandamus

@Tee S i believe different field offices have different time frames or priority dates that they are working with, hence why some are getting approved before others that applied before them.

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
